Some HD setups have lengthy HDMI cable runs which can lead to a reduction in picture quality as even HDMI v1.3 cables can only effectually run for about 10m before the effects of signal degradation kick in. These effects can take the form of “pixelisation” or even a loss of picture.
The Pair & Go HDMI Extender is 1080p, HDMI v1.3 and HDCP v1.2 complaint. It automatically adjusts and compensates for the HD signal degradation and cable attenuation up to 40dB and the input signal is amplified and sent through output buffers without any loss in quality for cable lengths up to 40m.
The Pair & Go HDMI extender is housed in a small casing in order to maintain our efforts of keeping our HDMI product range as small as possible and, unless you are running cables over 40m in length, an additional external DC power supply is not required.
Our HDMI Extender ports can be used with DVI-D products by simply using a Pair & Go HDMI to DVI adapter cable.
